Disclaimer: We thoroughly inspect each piece for air bubbles, gaps, chips etc. due to the process of our mold making you may see light through a gap as our molds are flat all the way across not like traditional molds that still have this gap but cant be seen. We maintain a tolerance less than 0.05″ most molds have minimal to no gap. We assure you our molds will not leak if you have the correct consistency of slip and follow our included instructions, as the slip is filled into the mold it seals immediately as it hits the seam line so even a gap will not leak as long as it is under our tolerance. We will replace or exchange leaky, broken molds that cannot be used to cast a piece. once in awhile a mold may have a tiny air bubble that was missed at inspection and most times will not cause any issue on the casted piece, if it does please send us a picture of the cast piece if there is an issue and we will immediately replace and get you casting again!
