Skill level:
Advanced molds for advanced ceramic artisans, some of our molds have many pieces technical difficulties involved such as removing pieces carefully from mold deburring seam line part line etc.
Clean up work is required but minimal.
Occasionally molds will have tiny micro air bubble or very thin gap less than >0.02 that will have no effect on the cast, we replace or exchange molds that have issues such as large air bubbles that prevent a good cast or large gaps that cause leaky molds. All of our molds are inspected by quality control thoroughly, Our goal is to get good casts every time !
